Andy Murray's reign as Wimbledon champion ended Wednesday with a straight-set loss in the quarterfinals to Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov, making his breakthrough after years of being touted as the game's next top player.

The so-called "Big 4" men who have won 35 of 37 of the past Grand Slam singles titles — Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray and Roger Federer — are all around for the second week at Wimbledon, joined by the new major winner on the block, Australian Open champion Stan Wawrinka.

When play in the Australian Open resumes Friday evening, U.S. time, the men's top-seed, Rafael Nadal (rah-fay-ehl nah-DAHL'), returns to play a third round match.
