CMU Baseball Continues Winning Streak in Tournament

Colorado Mesa University’s baseball team is continuing on by keeping their perfect record at home in tact.

On Friday, the Mavericks defeated St. Edward’s 12-8 in the second day of action in the NCAA South Central Regional Tournament.

At one point, CMU trailed 6-3 in the game, but rallied back in the sixth inning with 6 runs.

The Mavericks will play West Texas A&M in the winners bracket of the tournament at 12:00 noon Saturday.
