The annual Patriots Day late-morning game baseball game is being played today in Boston.

This year's contest has the Red Sox playing the Baltimore Orioles in the fourth and final game of a long weekend set. The Sox took two of the first three games of the series. Clay Bucholz was tabbed as the Boston starter against Wei-Yen (way-in) Chen.

The rest of the baseball schedule is taking place under the lights with 12 more games.

In Seattle Felix Hernandez is looking to join the ranks of four-game winners as the Mariners face the Astros. Hernandez is 3-0 with a sterling 1.91 earned run average. The Astros, by the way, enter the game riding a seven-game losing streak.

On the other side of the fence is Milwaukee as the Brewers are the winningest team in baseball at 14-5. The Brewers are looking for their fourth straight win.

The remaining games feature the Royals in Cleveland, the Nationals at home to the Angels, the Reds in Pittsburgh to face the Pirates, Detroit at home to the White Sox, Miami in Atlanta, the Mets entertaining the Cardinals, Arizona and the Cubs playing in Chicago, the Giants in Colorado, the Athletics hosting the Rangers and the Phillies in L.A. to play the Dodgers.
