Have you always dreamed of owning a Colorado home with its own ice rink? Now's your chance. If you have an extra 5.2 million bucks hanging around, this little beauty could be all yours.

Make your way to Parker, Colorado. According to the town's webpage, "The Town of Parker is a quickly-growing community with a colorful history." It adds, "Parker also has an amazing network of trails for biking, hiking, skating and horseback riding, as well as numerous parks and open spaces. The Parker Arboretum features a variety of trees unique to the area."

Parker, located 25 miles south of Denver's Central Business District, boasts a population of just over 50,000. Somewhere in the middle of it all is this 16,783 square foot home nestled on 2.25 acres.

To top it all off, the home belongs to Colorado Avalanche legend Milan Hejduk. You may have seen his jersey hanging in the rafters of the Pepsi Center.

What will you find in this unique home? Here's a short list of the homes features:

  • 6 bedrooms
  • 5 full bathrooms
  • 2 half bathrooms
  • 7 fireplaces
  • Hot tub
  • Indoor ice rink
  • Custom Zamboni

I don't mean to be a creep, but the place looks a little sterile to me. I'm a nuts-and-bolts kind of guy, so I enjoy a simple white interior with minimal furnishings. Parts of this house, however, make me feel as though I've been institutionalized. The woodwork in what appears to be the den is a nice touch, though.

Well, there you go. If you are profoundly richer than I am, and most people are, you should consider purchasing this house. Colorado is a wonderful place to live. A palace like this, located in Colorado, is a really nice place to live. Why not take a personal tour?
