The annual Taste of the Grand Valley is coming up Monday, February 5. This time around, the event is being held at a new venue. Make your way to the Meyer Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the University Center at Colorado Mesa University. Where's that? It's on 12th Street between Elm and Kennedy. The event runs from 4 p.m. to 7:30.

You can find tickets at the Taste of the Grand Valley website or purchase them online (with a service charge). Ticket prices are:

  • Adult – $13
  • Student, military and senior – $10
  • Children (5-12) – $6
  • Children under 5 – Free

Ticket prices go up to $5 at the door day of the event.

The parking garage at the CMU University Center can and will fill up. In that event, please ride the free shuttle. The free shuttle runs from Lincoln Park to CMU beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.

Who is all going to be there? Like any other year, the lineup is very diverse. This year's participants include a couple of new faces and some old favorites.

As Monday approaches, which food venue do you find calling your name?
