Vote now to name the new elementary school in Fruita. District 51 has narrowed it down ten names and now it's up to you to decide the new school's name.

Fruita's new elementary school is currently under construction at 18 1/2 and K.4 Road. The school doesn't currently have a name, and that's where you come in.

You can help name this new elementary school in Fruita by voting here. According to District 51's Facebook, there were over 1,700 responses to their 'name our school ' survey. District 51 employees, Fruita elected officials, parents and community members took all of the responses and narrowed them down to a list of ten possible names for the elementary school.

Here are the ten possible names for Fruita's new elementary school. I'm a bit disappointed 'Mike the Headless Chicken' didn't make the cut for a possible name. But I do like some of the nominees. Personally, my top three are number four, number seven and also number eight. District 51 is asking you to rank your top three favorite names.
