Opening-round play is underway at the Bridgestone Invitational, where Tiger Woods feels very comfortable. The defending champ has won eight times at Firestone, tying the PGA Tour mark for most wins at a single event.

Woods is hoping to use the tournament as a tune-up for next week's PGA Championship as he continues his comeback from back surgery. Woods has played just two events in his return. He missed the cut at Congressional and finished tied for 69th at the British Open.

Rory McIlroy is in the field in his first start since his Open Championship win at Hoylake.
