The Brooklyn Nets, winners of two straight and seven of 10, can close in on first-place Toronto in the NBA's Atlantic Division with a win tonight.

The second-place Nets are playing host to Houston while the Raptors have the night off. As play begins Toronto tops the Nets by two games in the divisional race. Houston is firmly entrenched in the Western Conference playoff standings with a record of 49-23. The most they can hope for is to catch the Clippers for the third seed in the West.

Golden State and Dallas are battling for a playoff berth in the West and tonight they collide in Dallas. Starting the day, the Warriors are sixth in the conference standings while the Mavs are tied with Memphis and Phoenix for one of the last two berths, a game and a half back of the Warriors.

The final game features the Lakers at home to the Blazers.
