Monday Night Football Doubleheader

The NFL has a rare two-game schedule for Monday night football tonight.

The Ravens-Saints game in New Orleans was scheduled, but the Bills-Jets game is a late addition.

The later game had to be moved from Buffalo to Detroit after areas of western New York were buried under up to seven feet of snow last week. It's a home game for the 5-5 Bills without the home field advantage. The 2-8 Jets catch a break because they won't have to deal with the raucous Buffalo crowd. The tickets for the game were free and Bills president Russ Brandon says he heard 67,000 had been distributed.

The Bills won the first meeting of the season with the Jets 43-23.

The Ravens head to the Big Easy needing a win to keep pace in the tight AFC North. All four teams in the division have a .600 winning percentage or better. The Ravens bring with them long-time Saints nemesis Steve Smith who used to face New Orleans twice a year when he was with Carolina. Smith has caught 10 touchdown passes against New Orleans to go along with 99 receptions and 1,493 yards.

The Saints head into the game with a 4-6 record, which is good for first in the NFC South. They've lost two in a row.
