And then there were three.

No. 3 Mississippi has fallen from the unbeaten ranks with a 10-7 loss at LSU. Ole Miss was lining up for a potential tying field goal from 42 yards, but was called for delay of game just before Bo Wallace's pass was intercepted by Ronald Martin with two seconds left.

Leonard Fournette ran for 113 yards, and the Tigers finished with 264 yards rushing against defense that came in allowing 97.1 per game. Anthony Jennings' short touchdown pass to tight end Logan Stokes gave LSU the lead late in the fourth quarter.

The outcome leaves Mississippi State, Florida State and Marshall as the only unbeaten teams in the FBS.

Mississippi State was a winner in its first game since climbing to the top of The Associated Press college football poll two weeks ago.

Dak Prescott accounted for three touchdowns and Josh Robinson rushed for two TDs to lead the Bulldogs' offense in a 45-31 win against Kentucky. Prescott ran for TDs of 2 and 11 yards, and hit Brandon Hill for an 8-yard TD.

Robinson's 73-yard touchdown run early in the fourth gave Mississippi State a 38-24 lead.

In other top-25 action:

— Alabama was a 34-20 winner at Tennessee as Amari Cooper caught nine passes for a school-record 224 yards and two touchdowns for the fourth-ranked Crimson Tide. Cooper already had five catches for 185 yards and two scores in the first quarter alone.

— Nick Marshall ran for three touchdowns and passed for a score to help fifth-ranked Auburn survive a wild 42-35 win over South Carolina. Dylan Thompson threw five touchdown passes and helped convert five straight fourth-down tries to keep the Gamecocks in the game.

— Jeremy Langford ran for 177 yards and three touchdowns to help eighth-ranked Michigan State clobber Michigan 35-11. RJ Williamson scored on a 29-yard interception return in the third quarter, and Connor Cook threw a 70-yard touchdown pass to Tony Lippett later that period.

— Trevone Boykin threw a school-record seven touchdown passes and 10th-ranked TCU showcased a new fast-paced offense by scoring the most points in its history in an 82-27 rout of Texas Tech. Boykin had two scoring tosses each to Josh Doctson and Deante Gray, who had a 92-yarder about 2 minutes before Ty Slanina caught a 57-yard touchdown that gave TCU 61 points midway through the third quarter.

— No 11 Kansas State blanked Texas 23-0 as Matthew McCrane kicked three field goals and DeMarcus Robinson and Charles Jones each ran for a touchdown. Jake Waters threw for 224 yards, and Tyler Lockett had eight catches for 103 yards for the 6-1 Wildcats.

— Quarterback J.T. Barrett scored twice in overtime to help 13th-ranked Ohio State escape with a 31-24 double-overtime victory over Penn State. Ezekiel Elliott ran for 109 yards on 26 carries for the 6-1 Buckeyes, who blew a 17-0 lead before improving to 3-0 in the Big Ten.

— Taylor Kelly threw for 180 yards and two touchdowns, including a tiebreaking TD with three minutes left as No. 14 Arizona State downed Washington 24-10. Kelly was in action for the first time since suffering a foot injury in early September.— No. 15 Arizona outscored Washington State 59-37 behind Anu Solomon's five touchdown passes. Solomon was 26 of 38 for 294 yards without an interception, while Terris Jones-Grigsby added 107 yards rushing for the 6-1 Wildcats.

— Sixteenth-ranked Nebraska got 225 yards rushing and three touchdowns from Ameer Abdullah as he set a school record with 341 all-purpose yards in the Cornhuskers' 42-24 win over Rutgers. Abdullah surpassed 200 yards rushing for a nation-leading fourth time this season and fifth time in his career, leading Nebraska to a 7-1 record and a 3-1 mark in Big Ten play.

— Nineteenth-ranked Utah upended No. 20 Southern California 21-17 on Travis Wilson's one-yard scoring pass to Kaelin Clay with eight seconds left. Wilson was 18-for-32 passing for 194 yards, and Devontae Booker had his fourth straight 100-yard game with 102.

— Cole Stoudt threw for 209 yards and a touchdown in Clemson's fifth straight win, 16-6 over Syracuse. The 21st-ranked Tigers held the Orange to a season-low 170 yards of offense.

— Wendell Smallwood ran for a career-high 132 yards to help No. 22 West Virginia defeat Oklahoma State 34-10. Clint Trickett passed for 238 yards and two touchdowns, and Mario Alford caught seven passes for a season-high 136 yards for the 6-2 Mountaineers.

— Devon Johnson rushed for a school-record 272 yards and four touchdowns to lead No. 23 Marshall past Florida Atlantic 35-16. Johnson had touchdown runs of 58, 62, 66 and 7 yards for the Thundering Herd, who overcame their first halftime deficit of the season to remain one of three unbeaten teams remaining in the FBS.

— UCLA blew a 17-point lead in the fourth quarter before quarterback Brett Hundley scored on an 8-yard touchdown run in double overtime to give the 25th-ranked Bruins a 40-37 victory over Colorado. Hundley rushed for 110 yards and also threw for 200 yards and one TD.
