Loveland Ski Area is ready for the 2020/21 season with a new "130-Day Guarantee" for days of operation.

Loveland Ski Area is putting in the work to make sure the 2020/21 season is the best they can make it. In a press release, they say the only thing they can confirm with certainty is that "this season is going to be... different".

They went on to say the plan (as of now) is to open on time with rigorous cleaning and sanitizing plans. Social distancing and masks will be required at all indoor areas, base areas, lift mazes, chairlifts, and on the shuttle bus.

They announced their 130-Day Guarantee for the 2020/21 season:

Loveland Ski Area will guarantee 130 days of operation during the 2020/21 winter season. We will offer a prorated credit toward a 2021/22 season pass for lost operating days due to a mandated closure or a stay at home order related to COVID-19. Credit will not be offered for closures related to weather, mechanical, or electrical issues. Should a 2020/21 season pass not be used for any days during the 2020/21 winter season, full credit for the purchase price of the unused pass may be used toward the purchase price of a 2021/22 season pass.

Loveland Ski Area is also making good on the disappointing end of last season. They're offering 2020/21 season passes at last year's price and they've increased the renewal discount.

Plus, all-season pass holders that purchased their 2019/20 season passes between February 15, 2020, and March 14, 2020, will have they're passes extended to the 2020/21 season.
