Patrick Frazee, the fiance of Kelsey Berreth, the missing Woodland Park mom, has been arrested and is being charged with first-degree murder.

Kelsey Berreth has been missing since Thanksgiving and police recently began searching Frazee's 35-acre property. While they did not find her, they apparently found enough evidence to arrest Frazee and charge him with the murder of his fiancee.

The mother of a one-year-old the couple shared responsibility for has been missing since November 22 and hasn't been seen or heard from since November 25. Her phone pinged in Idaho on November 25 and she also sent a message to her job stating she wouldn't be at work.

Since then police have followed leads and ultimately searched Frazee's property and several loads of evidence were removed from the home, which has now resulted in his arrest.

Woodland Park Police will be holding a press conference shortly and we will have an update as soon as it happens.

Kelsey Berreth is not believed to be alive.
