The high-scoring Grand Junction Rockies are ready for their home opener, after scoring 48 runs in their first four games of the season at Idaho Falls.

The Rockies won their first three games of the season 16-10, 16-12, and 11-6, before falling on Sunday 5-15. The bats were red-hot as the Rockies pounded out 51 hits in the first four games.

Former Colorado Mesa pitcher Dakota Behr picked up his first professional win on Saturday. Behr pitched two innings, giving up one run on two hits and got the win.

The Rockies play their first home game of the season tonight (June 22) at Suplizio Field. The Rox will play four games against Orem and then four games against Idaho falls before hitting the road again.

Game time is 7:05pm.
