It's the most mouth-watering crime we've ever heard.

A 39-year-old Indianapolis woman is in some supersized trouble for attacking her 60-year-old mother with a cheeseburger this past weekend.

And you thought your mother got you mad.

Things took a turn for the Tums after the mom told her daughter she couldn't stay in her house any more. While the mom was driving the daughter to someone else's home, an argument broke out and the mother pulled into a McDonald's drive-thru while the daughter continued to go ballistic.

The mom parked in a spot so other passengers in the vehicle could use the restroom, at which point the daughter told her mom she wishes she was dead and, well, we'll let the police pick it up from there:

While her daughter was seated in the front passenger seat she took a bite out of her cheeseburger. The victim stated her daughter yelled, 'B---h I outta kill you' and hit her in the left side of her face with her hand and the cheeseburger."

It's not clear if it was a McDonald's cheeseburger, but we assume it was since they were at a Mickey D'S and everyone knows that if you're not going to eat a McDdonald's cheeseburger, you use it as a weapon. That's just common sense.

The mother claims she felt pain on her face, while police also said "she had ketchup and mustard down the front of her shirt. Pickles, ketchup and mustard were splattered across the interior door of the car."

While the daughter didn't steal a burger, she is as wanted as the Hamburglar: she slipped into another car and raced away from the scene. Cops have yet to apprehend her.
