Grand Valley Residents Expecting Same Verdict in Michael Blagg Re-Trial [POLL RESULTS]

According to our recent listener poll, Grand Valley residents are expecting the same verdict in the Michael Blagg re-trial.

We wanted to know if Grand Junction is expecting a different verdict or the same result as Michael Blagg goes to trial in Golden, charged with murdering his wife some 17 years ago.

In our station poll, 89% of respondents said they expect the verdict this time around will be the same - guilty. Only about 3% said they expect a not guilty verdict, while a few others are expecting a different result.

Like the first trial that was held in Mesa County, this one is expected to last several weeks. Opening statements were presented last week, and the prosecution is now in the process of delivering its case to jurors. Who knows, we could see some big surprises this time around.
