It has been almost two years since someone has eaten a Graff Dairy ice cream cone, but the wait is finally over.

Grand Junction's famous soft-serve joint will be opening their doors on July 2.

Doors open at 9am with a ribbon cutting and special ceremony. The first ice cream cone will be served at 10am. The Grand Opening festivities will include a bump n jump, face painting, live music, an actual cow, and the first 100 people in line will receive a prize.
