The Glenwood Springs historic ghost walk is making a comeback just in time for spooky season. You can take part in Ghost Walks starting in October, if you dare.

The Historic Ghost Walk in Glenwood Springs mysteriously vanished last year. A year after the Ghost Walk's disappearance, it suddenly reappeared. The Glenwood Springs Historical Society has brought back the tradition for the 19th year.

The Historic Ghost Walk will take you 1/3 a mile up to Linwood Cemetery, where the ghosts of Glenwood's past await you. Your only light while walking to the cemetery is a lantern light. The old cemetery has actors in costume portraying pioneers of Glenwood Springs' past, according to the Post Independent.

The Glenwood Springs Historic Ghost Walk will be Fridays and Saturdays, on October 18-19 and October 25-26. You can see the ghosts of Glenwood Springs on this historic ghost walk at 6:30, 7:15 and 8 p.m. -- because it's hard having all of that spirit all of the time.

After you're done with the ghosts, you can enjoy some homemade cookies and hot apple cider to ease your spirit from all the Glenwood Springs spirits. The earlier tour is recommended for families and children under 5 years old aren't recommended to attend. All of those boos could turn into boo-hoos.

You can purchase your tickets for one spooky stroll starting on October 1, after all, it is a tradition. Be sure to wear appropriate shoes/clothes for the weather and also in case you get too spooked. The Glenwood Springs Ghost Walk is a fundraiser for the Glenwood Springs Historical Society and Frontier Museum, according to Post independent.
