Colorado State, Air Force Receive Entry Into Bowl Games

During bowl selections conducted on Sunday, Colorado State and Air Force Academy both received nods to bowl games.

Colorado State will face off against No. 23 Utah in the Las Vegas Bowl. Colorado State went 10-2 this season to finish second behind Boise State in the Mountain Division of the Mountain West Conference.

Air Force will play against Western Michigan in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl. Air Force finished with five wins in its final six games of the season, and features one of the top running attacks in the country, averaging nearly 275 yards per game on the ground.

Both bowl games are scheduled for December 20. The Las Vegas Bowl will have a 1:30 p.m. start (Mountain Time), while the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl will have a 3:30 p.m. start (Mountain Time).
