Clemson Tigers Eye Orange Bowl Again
No. 19 Clemson looks to continue its recent dominance over Wake Forest and keep alive its Orange Bowl hopes when the two meet in Winston-Salem tonight. The Tigers have won the last five games against the Demon Deacons, including four by 20 or more points.
Wake Forest goes into the game with a 2-6 record and is a three-touchdown underdog, due in part to a worst-in-the-FBS offense.
The selection committee ranks the 6-2 Tigers as the Atlantic Coast Conference's second-best team. If they maintain that position and No. 2 Florida State makes the playoff, Clemson will earn its third Orange Bowl berth in four years.
