Maybe this fella needs one of those sports psychologists.

This clip, recorded in 2010, has been hiding in plain sight on YouTube since 2013, which is a shame because we have been deprived of its star's glorious ineptititude for years.

The golfer -- and we use that term loosely -- is Brian Hutcherson wrapping up what we imagine must have been a heck of a day by teeing off on the 18th hole at the Hall of Fame course in St. Augustine, Fla. The problem is he can't make contact with the ball. He either whiffs or lands a solid patch of grass in a series of shots that takes so long you can clearly see how dark it gets between the time he starts and when he eventually and mercifully connects with the ball.

The best part of this video may come at the tail end after he finally launches the shot and pulls a ball from his pocket and says, "Hold on, I got another one." What? We hope he's joking because we're guessing that his friend doesn't have any more time to invest or enough battery life on his phone to record it.

Why was hit shot so bad? Was he tired after a long day on the links? Did he want to make sure the course's grounds crew would be kept busy? Or maybe he's just really bad at golf? We'll never know.

What we do know is he cannot hit the ball and it is hilarious, unless, of course, you're in the group playing behind him because you're looking at that setting sun and worrying you're not squeezing in the entire round.
