Weather Closes Grand Junction City Golf Courses

It's been a fabulous fall in Western Colorado, but all good things must end as winter weather has closed the Grand Junction city courses for the time being.

The Grand Junction Parks Department announced today that both Tiara Rado and Lincoln Park Golf Courses are closed due to snow and inclement weather. The courses will re-open as weather conditions allow, and the city will let golfers know when that time comes.

The city also announced that golf pro Zach Massey is leaving his position in Grand Junction after five years. Local golfers will miss seeing Zach's friendly face at the golf course, as he takes a position with Escalante Golf in Denver.
