There are people who like to stock up on groceries, so a full cart isn't unusual to see. What is unusual - and also a crime - is not bothering pay.

Three people walked into the Alberson's store at 2512 Broadway on Tuesday, October 18 at approximately 6:30 p.m. grabbed a cart, filled it full of groceries, walked out, and loaded the items their car without bothering to pay.
