Playoffs Begin For Colorado High School Boys Soccer

High school boys soccer will begin postseason playoff action this week, and some Western Colorado teams are finding themselves in playoff contention.

In Class 5A, Grand Junction comes in as the No. 32 seed, and will face against the No. 1 team Rock Canyon on Thursday.

In Class 4A, Montrose, Durango and Steamboat Springs will begin playoff action on Wednesday. No. 14 Montrose will face off against No. 19 Golden, No. 9 Durango will play No. 24 Vista Ridge, and No. 29 Steamboat Springs will play No. 4 D’Evelyn.

Class 3A teams will begin playoff games on Friday. No. 16 Aspen will take on No. 17 The Pinnacle, No. 9 Coal Ridge will play No. 24 Sterling, No. 3 Roaring Fork will play No. 30 Roosevelt, and No. 12 Telluride will face off against No. 21 Jefferson Academy.
