Congratulations, it's a bouncing baby chairlift! Well, it's not exactly a baby.

Powderhorn Mountain Resort has announced the winner of their "Name The Lift" contest that was held on Facebook.

Eric Younts has been declared the winner for his submission "Flat Top Flyer." Since it's the only ski resort sitting on the world's largest flat top mountain, the name seemed to fit, according to Powderhorn spokesperson Dusti Reimer.

The high-speed detachable quad chair "Flat Top Flyer" is a part of a $5-million upgrade that new owners Andy Daly, along with brothers Ken, Tom and John Gart from Denver say will bring back a lot of skiers that may have left and gone elsewhere.

In addition to the reduced time up the mountain, down from 13 minutes to 6 1/2 minutes, the upgrade includes a bike park and newer, more efficient snowmaking facilities.

The new lift is still in the construction phase, but should be ready for its debut performance December 17.
