A Grand Junction band touring in Texas had their vehicle, trailer, and tens of thousands of dollars worth of musical instruments stolen.

Zolopht, a Grand Junction music favorite posted the lengthy list of items stolen from them while in Houston, Texas on their Facebook page Thursday afternoon (July 21).

A post later in the day said the van and trailer were recovered but the gear, worth over $23,000, was still missing.

We certainly hope the band can recover the stolen gear which, as the band says, has both monetary and sentimental value.

In the meantime, fellow musicians have generously offered to loan whatever equipment they can and fans are offering money to help the band purchase equipment in the event Texas authorities are unable to find the thieves and recover the gear.
