We will rebuild! Damage is currently being calculated following an assault on a Grand Junction parking lot unleashed by a raging wall of wind.

In all reality, a tiny dust devil, roughly 2/3 of a meter wide, made its way to the radio station's parking lot while we set up our float for the Parade of Lights. While it was a major non-event, experiencing such an anomaly was kind of cool.

Isn't it nice to live in an area where a tiny dust devil is worthy of breaking out your phone to capture video? Other parts of the country are picking up the pieces following the early signs of winter.

Aside from blowing a bunch of leaves into our lot and messing up a jogger's hairdo, there was no damage to report following the twister's rampage.

A little sweeping and some hair gel and Grand Junction will be back on its feet.
