"But officer, I can see out of this itty-bitty clearing."

If you haven't noticed, it's snowing outside and your car is covered in that fluffy white stuff. It may look all pretty and all, but if you don't clear it off your windows (especially your windshield) you could end up paying a $46 fine.

In Colorado, drivers must have an "unobstructed view" when driving. That means, those little peepholes you cleared off won't cut it.

Colorado State trooper, John Lewis, told Denver7 that it's a primary offense, meaning you can get pulled over for it.

It only takes a few moments standing in the cold to make sure you can see, and definitely not worth 46 bucks.
