The 2014 regular season for college baseball finished up on Saturday, paving the way for playoff action. On Sunday, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced its rankings for the upcoming RMAC Baseball Championship Tournament that is scheduled Thursday through Saturday.

The Colorado Mesa Mavericks came out on top with the No. 1 seed, followed by New Mexico Highlands at No. 2, Colorado State University of Pueblo at No. 3, and Colorado Mines at No. 4.

The RMAC tournament will begin Thursday afternoon at Suplizio Field in Grand Junction. First game puts New Mexico Highlands against CSU-Pueblo at 3:30 p.m., and Colorado Mesa will face off against Colorado Mines at 7:00 p.m.

The tournament is double elimination, so three games will be on tap on Friday at 12:00 noon, 3:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The championship game is scheduled for 12:00 noon on Saturday.
