CMU senior Jordyn Moody was one of six players named to the Capital One team, and will be placed on the national ballot for Academic All-American.

The 2014 Capital One Academic All-District Women's Volleyball Teams are selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America and recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom.

Moody ranks sixth in Division II and second in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference in assists per set, and ranks 17TH in the league in service aces.

Moody has a 3.73 GPA in criminal justice.

Colorado Mesa’s volleyball team won Thursday’s games 3-1 against Fort Lewis. The last regular-season game for the Mavericks is tonight (Friday) at Adams State.
