Colorado Band Understands the True Meaning of Christmas

A Western Colorado band is taking measures to make certain a local family has a merry Christmas. Following an incredible 2016, the band would like to give back by providing presents for a local family struggling to put something under the tree.

Lever Action, a Country and Rock band based out of Rifle, is reaching out to fans via social media, asking fans to nominate a family in need.

Via their official Facebook page, Lever Action sent the following message:

Well folks the Holidays are upon us. Time to celebrate with family, friends, good cheer and presents under the tree. The boys here at LeverAction are feeling pretty fortunate to have had such a great year playing music for you all. We know how fortunate we are to be together, living and raising our kids in such a wonderful Colorado community. We also know some folks have not been so fortunate this year and may need a little help putting a present or two under the tree for their kids. LeverAction would like to help. If you know of a family that may need a little help making Christmas a little brighter for their kids, please send us a private message right here on our LeverAction page. We'll draw names out of a cowboy hat and get busy. .. and Merry Christmas.

As you can imagine, the gesture has been met with tremendous gratitude from the band's fans.
