Chris Watts, the Colorado man who allegedly killed his pregnant wife, Shannon, and their two kids, pleaded guilty to all charges.

In a plea deal with the court, Watts pleaded guilty of all nine counts, stating "guilty" as the judge read each charge -- three counts of first-degree murder after deliberation, two counts of first-degree murder – victim under 12/position of trust, one count of first-degree unlawful termination of a pregnancy, and three counts of tampering with a deceased human body.

Watts will avoid the death penalty as a term of the plea deal, and with the agreement of the family.

Watts was wearing a bulletproof vest in the court with Shannon's family sitting front row.

Watts is scheduled to be sentenced on Monday, Nov. 19.
